Michael Ardry

Michael Ardry is President of Automated Business Solutions (ABS). Michael was the former President and Owner of Office Equipment Center (OEC) based in Plantsville, CT. He started at OEC as service technician and purchased the business in 1988. Michael’s leadership and vision transformed OEC into a complete added-value provider offering copiers, printers, multifunctional devices and Managed IT Services. Michael personally handles all sales, logistics, and administrative duties in support for one of the country’s largest retailers.
VP of Business Development

Dave Aulisio

David started his career in 1996 working for Canon in the NY Marketplace. He swiftly made his way up the Management ranks and relocated to Rhode Island in 2009. David has held various Leadership roles within both the Dealer and Manufacturer community. This experience has provided David with a unique perspective on how to best respond to the evolving needs of our local market. David thrives in creating a business climate that yields new business growth. David has a BA Economics from Hamilton College and a MBA in Marketing from St. John’s University. David resides in East Greenwich and enjoys spending quality time with his wife Elizabeth, his daughter Emily, and son David.
Vice President, Co-Founder

Robert Maceroni

Bobby has been Vice President and co-founder of Automated Business Solutions since 1992. He is a life-long resident of North Providence, RI. He has been married since 1987 and has 2 children and a granddaughter. Bobby attended Our Lady of Providence High School and attended RI School of Electronics, where he earned his degree. He has been in the Office Equipment business since 1983. He enjoys Golf, Skiing and Music.
Director of Business Development

Todd J. Fitzsimons

Todd J. Fitzsimons is the Director of Business Development at Network Imaging in Southington, Connecticut. Fitzsimons began his career in the document solutions industry in 1989 working for a local Canon dealership. Fitzsimons is currently on the Board of Directors for Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce. He is actively involved in his church and lives in Burlington with his wife Michele and four sons.
Co-Founder

Alan Albergaria

Alan Co-Founded Automated Business Solutions and has served as President since 1992. For over 25 years, it has been Alan’s dedication to customer service that has led ABS to become one of New England’s most respected office technology providers. With an accomplished background in Sales, Alan’s desire to provide superior service throughout New England led him to initiate strategic business acquisitions in CT and MA.

On March 27th, 2020, Alan was tragically killed by a drunk driver while out for a walk. His vision and zest for ABS lives on through his employees everyday. He believed he had the best team ever assembled and they lovingly think of Alan in all of the decisions and choices they make – What would Alan do? WWAD

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jennifer Thomson

Jennifer Thomson has been an invaluable member of the Automated Business Solutions (ABS) team since 2005 when she joined as part of the accounts receivable department. With her dedication, she has risen through the ranks to become the Sales and Marketing Director, playing a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Jennifer obtained her Accounting Degree in June 2005 while attending the Community College of Rhode Island. In her current role, Jennifer oversees ABS's sales and marketing initiatives, spearheading innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize brand exposure.
Jennifer is not only a dedicated professional but also a loving mother to her daughter, Gianna. Balancing her career and family life, Jennifer brings a nurturing and compassionate approach to both aspects. She cherishes the time spent with her daughter and enjoys supporting her in various activities and milestones. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Rhode Island. She finds inspiration in the local community and is actively enhancing her industry expertise and connections. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Jennifer is dedicated to achieving excellence, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring ABS remains at the forefront of the industry. Her passion, experience, and unwavering commitment make her a driving force behind the company's continued growth and success.
Director of Service

J Andrew Weeden

Andrew has been with ABS since 2013 and has over 30 years in the industry. He has extensive training in all aspects of the business and is schooled on Kyocera, Sharp, Canon, HP, and Lexmark products. A lifelong resident of Connecticut, he currently resides in Newington, CT with his wife of 28 years and his children. He enjoys donating his time to youth sports coaching football and basketball in the town of Newington. He is also an avid camper and spends most summers enjoying beaches and golf courses in Rhode Island with his family.
Rhode Island Service Manager

Jeremie Pelosi

Associate degree in electronics from New England Tech. Jeremie has been a field service technician for 17 years, the last 6 with Automated Business Solutions servicing copiers. Jeremie is trained on Kyocera, Canon, Lexmark, Sharp and Oki. Born and raised in Providence, RI.
Administration Manager

Stephanie Thomson

Stephanie Thomson has been an integral part of ABS since 2016, initially joining as a Dispatcher. Over the years, her dedication and exceptional organizational skills have led her to take on the role of Administration Manager. With her meticulous attention to detail and efficient management, Stephanie ensures the smooth operation of our administrative processes. With a passion for plants and the outdoors, Stephanie finds solace in nature. When she's not busy keeping our office running smoothly, you'll likely find her tending to her garden or exploring scenic trails. Stephanie's love for the outdoors fuels her energy and creativity in the workplace. Stephanie is also a proud mother to her son, Ethan. Balancing her professional responsibilities with her role as a parent, Stephanie brings a nurturing and compassionate approach to her work, fostering a supportive environment within our team. Her years of experience, combined with her friendly demeanor and strong leadership qualities, make Stephanie an invaluable asset to ABS. She continuously strives for excellence and goes above and beyond to ensure that our team operates efficiently, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Director of Business Analytics

Sue Pangborn

Susan has held several key roles at Automated Business Solutions since her arrival in 2015. With over 30 years of experience within the industry, Susan began as our Customer Assurance Manager, became Director of Operations and is now the Director of Business Analytics at ABS. Her ability to tackle huge projects and with great attention to detail has made her an integral part of the growth. She is a Shea High School graduate and lives in East Providence with Jonathan, her husband since 1990. Zachary, their son, is also part of the ABS family. He works in the Operations Department. Susan and Jonathan are volunteers for multiple youth organizations in their town.
Massachusetts Service Manager

Gary Boates

Gary has been in the office equipment business for more than 25 years. He graduated with honors from Wentworth Technical School-Business Machine Technology Course. Gary is factory trained on many major brands that include Kyocera, Canon, Sharp, Lexmark, Minolta and Toshiba. In addition to factory training he has also completed many on-line training courses from various brands. Gary currently resides in Kingston, MA with his wife of 31 years. His hobbies include golfing, music, home improvement projects and spending time with his family.
Director of Finance

Tina Guimar

Tina joined Automated Business Solutions as the Controller in early 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. In February of 2022, she took on the role of Director of Finance and is responsible for Accounting and Human Resources. Tina graduated from Johnson & Wales University in May 2016 where she obtained her MBA with highest honors. She is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her new granddaughter. She loves listening to music, reading, and helping others in her free time.
Receivables & Supplies Manager

Mark Albergaria

Mark grew up in South Kingstown where he graduated from South Kingstown High School. He has been married to his wife Lori since 1992 with whom he has three grown children, two daughters and a son. Collectively, he has five grandchildren, three amazing grandsons and two beautiful granddaughters. Mark has been a resident of Charlestown since 2006. He has been a part of Automated since 2001 and brings a great deal of experience, passion, and leadership to his position. When not at work, Mark loves to spend time with his family and playing golf.
Connecticut Service Manager

Keith Gauvin

Keith started at Network Imaging in 1994 when the company only had one technician. Since then, he has been fully factory trained on Kyocera, Sharp, Lexmark and Kip wide format to name a few products that the company now supports. In 2008 he was Senior Field Technician and in January 2015 was promoted to Service Manager for CT branch.
